I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of learning, technology, and economic development. I've designed accelerator programs, trained thousands of entrepreneurs and professionals, and built AI-powered systems that make learning stick and coaching scale.
I'm the creator of the VIP Framework™, a system for developing Vertically Integrated Professionals™ who can design, deliver, distribute, and decide using AI.
When AI started reshaping everything, I didn't just adapt. I went all in. I left my corporate role, matched my six-figure salary within three months, and built SoundStrategies into a company that delivers agency-level solutions with two full-time employees and a small team of contractors. My framework isn't based on theory. It's based on my own transformation. I became a Vertically Integrated Professional™ before I had a name for it.
Through SoundStrategies, I help companies dominate their niche by remixing their expertise into learning experiences people actually finish, powered by games, music, AI coaches, and interactive design. I also continue my work in economic development through Ena Intelligence, leveraging agentic systems to provide business owners with coaching and support at scale.
I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University. I'm also a TEDx speaker and recording artist who brings a performer's energy to every stage and classroom.
